Referring to your minute 15th August, No. 72797/30

In view of the Colonial Office letter of the

5th June No. 72842/30, we propose, subject to your

concurrence, to delete the remaining paragraphs on

page 4 of the two agreements attached.

Paragraph 3 (1) on page 2 appears to provide

all that is now necessary regarding payment of salary

out and home.
